Horror Game Hospital Hallway
Model from 3dRender.com Lighting Challenges: Haunted Hallway. All textures and lighting are my work (including bump maps for the textures, the depth in the tiles and wood were not part of the model). Was thinking of the game F.E.A.R.
I have been working with our school's student created convention, CogsCon, for a couple years now. The first year I was just a worker, but for the second year I made the logo and main promotional poster. For the third (2014) I was the Art Lead and was in charge of drawing style and decorations, making sure everything stuck to the theme. I also created the new logo and all badges for the event. This year my role is scaled back since I have left school, but the dragon logo I created was liked enough to be kept around and is returning this year, I created this years badges, and all artwork still goes through me for approval on the new theme.
CogsCon 2015 Logo: Dragon and outfit are my work, words and buildings were done by another student off of my concept. Theme for this year was superheroes/comic books.
CogsCon 2014 Logo
2014 Badges: Created concept and image for different positions within the convention and paired them with dragon types by value or element. Fire/Security, Overlord/Team Leader, Storm/Speaker, etc. Each image is a 11x17 print of the main image for each badge edited for posters.
CogsCon 2013 Logo and Poster. Created concept and art for both logo, background art, and general poster layout.
Aztec wind god. Made of Plasteline clay, with cotton doll stuffing for the clouds. Hollow structure of armature wire and styrofoam discs to reduce weight, styrofoam pillars hidden in clouds for support. Glossy beads for eyes.
Imp Midna Cosplay, Hand Made Helmet
I was honored to attended the awesome Legend of Zelda wedding of two of my good friends! The suit was ordered, but I hand made the helmet following a tutorial and adjusting it where I saw fit. This took about a straight week's worth of work. Base is made of fatigue floor mats (those puzzle piece ones), eyes and snakes made of model magic clay (along with using it to smooth edges), details created with a dremmel tool after first being carved with an Xacto, painted with a base layer of black acrylic and then 3 shades of gray spray paint and a silver accent paint.
